The 590M is a magazine-fed variant of the company's 590 military-grade pump shotgun. The Mossberg Shockwave works well because it is a light little firearm. Obviously, this is my preference for self-defense. Though users can also purchase additional 5-,10-,15-, and 20-round capacity magazines to go with this little pump gun.
